Free shipping applies to our standard deliveries to most addresses in the 48 contiguous states, for orders exceeding $145 dollars.

All orders are shipped SIGNATURE RELEASE - NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
This means that if no one is there to receive the order from UPS, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). You will be responsible for payment of the order. We highly recommend that someone is there within the designated time frame to accept delivery of the order and promptly refrigerate it. We recommend the use of UPS tracking number (we will e-mail you the tracking number when the order is shipped), to monitor the delivery of your order.
If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable is coming via UPS and to try and make arrangements to accept delivery and immediately refrigerate it upon receipt
When will my (fresh and frozen) items arrive?
All times are Pacific:
Orders placed after 10:00AM Thursday or through Sunday will ship Monday to arrive on Tuesday.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 10:00AM will ship to arrive the next day by 10:30AM.
You asked, and we acted! For an additional $25 UPS surcharge, we can arrange a Saturday UPS delivery when orders are placed on Thursday after 10:00AM, and no later than Friday by 10:00AM Pacific time.

We strive to deliver your order on time to the address you designate. Virtually all of our deliveries are successful and we want to make sure yours is among them!
The courier will normally knock on your door and, if no one answers, will leave your package at your door.
We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.
