Braised Lemon Pepper Yellowtail
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 1 pack lemon-pepper seasoning, optional
- 4 Yellowtail fillets
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, except the fillets, in a large bowl. Then place fillets into the seasoning mixture and allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes. In a large frying pan at a temperature of about 50 - 60 degrees F, braise fillets for 3 minutes on each side, then simmer in seasoning for another 3 - 4 minutes. Remove from heat and serve, garnished with some freshly parsley sprigs. Enjoy.
