The Red King Crab Claws (Red King Crab Lollipops) offer a taste like nothing else on earth, with a delicate flavor and tender texture. Get our Red King Crab delivered to your destination fully cooked and frozen. Broiler Claws are the only claws which have been scored (pre-cracked). When the claw is served, the outer shell removes easily to expose a premium portion of claw meat. These are graded by count per pound in 3-5, and 5-7 sizes.
Our Red King Crab for sale remains the most sought after species of Alaskan crab due to its size, quality and appearance. Their unique red and white shells open up to bright white meat which has a bold, rich flavor. Although it may be added to a variety of recipes, the method preferred by many Alaskans is to simply boil the sections. Once heated, crack or cut each section and watch as huge chunks of crab meat slide easily from the shell.
How to properly defrost frozen seafood: We recommend that all frozen seafood be defrosted by placing product in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours depending upon the density. Never force thaw a product by running it under water (hot or cold as it can cook the product). Not only does this reduce the flavor, but it is also a health hazard.
