Cambridge House Balmorral Smoked Salmon
As an award-winning variety, this Cambridge House salmon has been dubbed “The best smoked salmon in the world,” by the New York Times. It is prepared without any artificial preservatives and slowly smoked to provide a flavor that you won’t soon forget. Using premium, fresh Scottish salmon from the cold waters around the Shetland Islands, we hand cure them with pure sea salt and fresh herbs. They are then smoked in small batches using aged oak whiskey barrels. Afterwards, they are trimmed down by hand and cut paper thin. Vacuum sealed for your enjoyment, you can enjoy them as is or with a little bit of lemon juice. For best taste, let them sit out for 30 minutes prior to enjoying.
Copper River Sockeye Salmon
Swimming through a strong, cold river, these sockeye salmon are caught in the wild and deliver one of the most recognizable salmon flavors. Of course, like other wild salmon, they are seasonal and can only be found from about the middle of May until the end of August at best.
Fresh Arctic Char

Frozen Norwegian Salmon

Salmon Roe Caviar-Ikura
