It is prepared without any artificial preservatives and slowly smoked to provide a flavor that you won’t soon forget. Using premium, fresh Scottish salmon from the cold waters around the Shetland Islands, we hand cure them with pure sea salt and fresh herbs. They are then smoked in small batches using aged oak whiskey barrels. Afterwards, they are trimmed down by hand and cut paper thin. Vacuum sealed for your enjoyment, you can enjoy them as is or with a little bit of lemon juice. For best taste, let them sit out for 30 minutes prior to enjoying.

Copper River Sockeye Salmon

Swimming through a strong, cold river, these sockeye salmon are caught in the wild and deliver one of the most recognizable salmon flavors. They are another variety that has a bit extra on the side of omega-3, making them one of the best varieties for those interested in heart health. Of course, like other wild salmon, they are seasonal and can only be found from about the middle of May until the end of August at best.

Fresh Arctic Char

Processed and shipped out the same day in a container with real, dry ice, the Arctic char is actually not salmon, but since it is so often compared with it many mistakenly classify it as so. Frozen Norwegian Salmon

Mount Cook Alpine “Saikou” King Salmon

Another farm-raised variety, these king salmon are found in the Alps Of the South Island of New Zealand. They are sushi grade and offer you the perfect flavor when prepared in such a fashion. They also work well lightly smoked and provide a buttery flavor that melts in your mouth.

Salmon Roe Caviar-Ikura

Roe from the Alaskan Pacific salmon, this deep orange caviar gives you a different experience entirely. They are hatchery-raised to provide quality control and ensure there is little impact on the environment. Have them freshly deliver for an intense salmon flavor.

Troll Caught Wild King Salmon

Available from May through September, this variety is a popular option and can be caught around Alaska, Canada, Washington, Oregon, California, and Russia.
