These succulent shrimp skewers are a spectacular seafood delicacy. Farm raised / processed in Guatemala, and are available all year. Our delicious shrimp skewers are peeled, deveined and with the tail off and ready to cook.
Prior to cooking, the color of the shrimp meat is a grayish-pink that turns to a pleasing orange when cooked. The flavor of shrimp are sweet and firm.
Defrost and grill for approximately one minute on each side. Best to pull off medium rare as they will continue cooking.
Each skewer contains 15 shrimp.
