  • ½ lb Smoked Salmon Candy, thawed and diced
  • 4 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce (can substitute romaine)
  • 4 radishes, sliced thin
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 3 scallions, chopped

For the dressing:

  • 3/4 cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper


  1. Make your cobb salad dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shaking vigorously to combine. You can also whisk together in a bowl. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired, then set aside.
  2. To make your salad, chop iceberg lettuce and place in a large bowl. Top with chopped hardboiled eggs, tomatoes, radishes, avocado, and scallions, and then add crumbled blue cheese. Finish by topping with the Smoked Salmon Candy, and toss to combine.
