  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 small white onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 ¼ cup white or brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce, or more as desired
  • 1 package Ahi Tuna Potstickers

  1. In a large wok, heat oil over medium high heat until shimmering and then add garlic and ginger. Cook for one minute.
  2. Add onion and carrot to wok and cook until onion becomes translucent and carrot starts to soften, about three to four minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice and shredded cabbage to wok and mix everything together. Meanwhile, heat up a separate pan over medium high heat and pour a little bit more vegetable oil into it. Put Ahi Tuna Potstickers into pan and cook for two to three minutes, until you get a slight browning on the bottom of the potstickers. Pour ¼ cup of water into pan with potstickers and cover with lid until water evaporates, about six to eight minutes.
  4. While potstickers are cooking, return to wok and push rice to one side to make space for the eggs. Pour whisked eggs into the wok and use a spatula to continuously stir until they’re almost fully cooked. Then mix eggs in with the rest of the ingredients and add your soy sauce.
  5. To plate, put fried rice in a bowl and top with Ahi Tuna Potstickers. Top with garnish if desired, such as chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
