Important Notice: Due to increased shipping volume with UPS, some orders may ship the next day. If this occurs, you’ll receive an email with the updated ship date. Expect potential delivery delays during the holiday season, as Next Day Air shipments may be delivered by 3 PM to End of Day instead of 10:30 AM.
Fresh and Frozen Products: When ordering fresh and frozen items together, please note that fresh products may arrive frozen, as all orders are packed with dry ice.
Shipping Availability: We currently ship only to the Continental United States.
Current Shipping Timeline
- Orders may take 2-3 days to ship after being placed due to transportation delays.
- For timely delivery, place your order accordingly.

U.S. Standard Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees vary based on order size and delivery location, reflecting increased nationwide rates.
- An additional UPS surcharge applies for Saturday delivery on orders placed after 7 AM PST on Thursdays.
Delivery Schedule for Fresh and Frozen Items
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 7 AM PST (Monday-Thursday) ship the same day.
- Monday Shipping: Orders placed after 7 AM Thursday through Sunday will ship Monday (unless Saturday delivery is selected upon checkout),
Delivery Methods: Next Day and 2-Day Air options are available at checkout. All times are in Pacific Time.
Note: Pending stock availability, orders may not ship the next day. If you need your order by a specific date, please confirm stock before ordering.
Anderson Seafoods Shipping Policies
- International Shipping: Not available.
- All orders typically ship within 24 business hours.
- Orders are shipped SIGNATURE RELEASE - NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If no one is available, the driver will leave the package at your door. You are responsible for the order upon delivery.
Gift Notifications: If your order is a gift, inform the recipient about the delivery of perishable items and encourage them to refrigerate upon receipt. To add a gift message, please enter it in the designated field during checkout.
Delivery Guarantees
- We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but we strive for timely deliveries. If no one is home, packages will be left at the door.
