NOTE: International shipping is not available.
Flat rate shipping applies to our standard deliveries to most addressed in the 48 contiguous states.
All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours under normal circumstances.
All orders are shipped SIGNATURE RELEASE - NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
This means that if no one is there to receive the order from UPS, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). You will be responsible for the payment of the order. We highly recommend that someone is there within the designated time frame to accept delivery of the order and promptly refrigerate it. We recommend the use of UPS tracking number (we will e-mail you the tracking number when the order is shipped), to monitor the delivery of your order.
If this is a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable is coming via UPS and to try and make arrangements to accept delivery and immediately refrigerate it upon receipt

When will my (fresh and frozen) items arrive?
All times are Pacific: Orders placed after 9:00 AM Thursday or through Sunday will ship Monday to arrive on Tuesday. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 9:00 AM will ship to arrive the next day by 10:30 AM. (some areas within the US may be delivered by End of Day). Pending stock of products, orders may not always ship next day and will ship as soon as we are able to fill the entire order. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you require your order within a specific timeline, please reach out to confirm stock before placing your order.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We strive to deliver your order on time to the address you designate. Virtually all of our deliveries are successful and we want to make sure yours is among them! The courier will normally knock on your door and, if no one answers, will leave your package at your door. We are not liable for orders that are not retrieved in a timely manner.
