Fresh Mahi Mahi
Few fish are as forgiving on the heat as mahi-mahi. It stands up to a hot grill and bold seasoning, and the flesh cooks into clean, moist flakes that hold together instead of falling apart, part of why it's a go-to for tacos and the grill alike. Our mahi-mahi is responsibly sourced from clear tropical and subtropical waters.
Its clean taste reads far from "fishy," which tends to win over people who think they don't like seafood. It pairs easily with citrus, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does mahi-mahi taste like?
Mahi-mahi is mild and slightly sweet with a firm texture, much less "fishy" than oily fish like mackerel. That clean flavor makes it easy to season and hard to overdo.
Is mahi-mahi healthy?
Yes. It's a lean source of protein with essential amino acids, B vitamins like riboflavin, thiamin, B-6, and niacin, plus iron. Learn more about the health benefits of seafood.
Is mahi-mahi the same as dolphin?
No. Mahi-mahi is a fish, also called dorado or dolphinfish, and has no relation to the dolphin mammal. The name causes a lot of confusion, but you're buying fish.
