Every order is packed with dry ice at our Anaheim facility and shipped by UPS air, so it arrives cold and fresh. Because we ship from Southern California, the closer you are, the less you pay.

Shipping to the rest of the country
We ship to the continental United States. Orders to Texas start around $99.38 for 2nd Day Air, and orders to the Midwest, Southeast and Northeast start around $111.78. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US.
When your order ships
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 7 AM PST ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 7 AM on Thursday through Sunday ship Monday, unless Saturday delivery is selected.
- UPS adds a surcharge for Saturday delivery on orders placed after 7 AM PST on Thursday.
- During the holidays, Next Day Air may arrive by end of day instead of 10:30 AM.
- Need it by a specific date? Please confirm stock with us before ordering.
Packing and delivery
- All orders are packed with dry ice. Fresh items ordered with frozen items may arrive frozen.
- No signature is required. If no one is home, your package will be left at the door, so please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.
- Sending a gift? Let the recipient know perishable seafood is on the way, and add a gift message at checkout.
