How fast is seafood delivery in Los Angeles?

Orders placed before 7am PT Monday through Thursday ship the same day from our Anaheim facility by UPS. Choose Next Day Air at checkout for next-day delivery to Los Angeles, or 2nd Day Air if you are planning ahead. Orders placed after 7am Thursday or over the weekend ship Monday, unless you choose Saturday delivery at checkout for an added UPS fee. During the holiday season, Next Day Air may arrive in the afternoon instead of by 10:30am, and an item that is low on stock can take a little longer to ship.

Where do orders ship from, and how much is shipping?

Every order ships from our facility in Anaheim, California, so Los Angeles orders ship at our lowest California rate, starting at $35 depending on your shipping option.

Will my seafood still be cold on arrival?

Yes. Everything is Cryovac-sealed, then packed in an insulated, eco-friendly box with dry ice to hold temperature until it
reaches your door. We also email your UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you order fresh and frozen items together, your fresh items may arrive frozen, since every box is packed with dry ice.

Do you ship outside California?

Yes. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States by UPS. International shipping is not available at this time.
